The “Tri My Best” Adaptive Triathlon for Kids is on September 19, 2025, at the Berthoud Recreation Center. This event empowers children of all abilities to participate in a triathlon designed to be accessible and inclusive for all, fostering a sense of community, support, and achievement.
At TheraSWIM and Friends of TheraSWIM, we provide adaptive recreation opportunities and therapies for children with physical and developmental disabilities through our aquatic and land based clinic settings.
As a nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of businesses like yours to make this event and future projects possible. We would be honored to have you join us as a sponsor for this special event. Your support will directly impact the children involved by providing them with the resources they need to participate, supporting our volunteers and the logistical needs of the event, and will also go towards scholarships and future projects funded by Friends of TheraSWIM.
We offer various sponsorship levels (see below), including:
- Title Sponsor: Prominent logo placement in promotional materials and media coverage
- Activity, Area, or Directional Signage Sponsor: Sponsor a specific event activity (e.g., swimming, cycling, running), a transition area, or provide directional signage
- Vendor Tables: Set up a vendor table and share more about your company at our post-race vendor fair!
- In-Kind Donations: Provide goods or services like refreshments, prizes, or equipment.
- Financial Contribution: Monetary donations to cover event expenses and support our mission.
Sponsors enjoy great visibility, including logo placement on race-day materials including shirts and banners, social media recognition, and more. We’ve also introduced new initiatives this year, such as relocating vendor tables closer to the finish line and increasing sponsor visibility before, during, and after race day. We will also have a raffle prize opportunity for those who complete a checklist of visiting all vendor fair booths to increase engagement!
