Rachelle was born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Rachelle graduated from Creighton University in 2017 with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. She met her husband, Stephen, while attending school at Creighton and they got married while they were both still attending the OT program.
Rachelle has always been passionate about working with children and finds joy being in the pool, making TheraSWIM a perfect fit. She has experience working in OT settings such as outpatient pediatric, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient neurorehabilitation. Rachelle loves working with all the children at TheraSWIM and empowering each child to reach their highest potential.
In her free time, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, helping with the children’s service at church, traveling, golfing, hiking, biking, crocheting, gardening, and baking.
