Kaity grew up in Colorado in the South Denver area and has always loved this beautiful state and everything that it has to offer. Kaity attended Pima Medical Institute and graduated in 2019 with her degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She then went on to work at a therapeutic riding center and engaged with kids of all ages and horses to help the kids reach their full potential. Kaity has a background in medicine, having worked as a CNA and in multiple different medical settings while she is currently finishing her Bachelors in Biology with a concentration in genetics.
Kaity knew from a young age that her dream would be to work with kids growing up. She wanted to find a way to combine science and her love of people in a holistic way, and that is exactly what OT offered her. She is so excited to start with TheraSwim and get to see the therapeutic effects that water can have on different individuals. She is also excited to start this new position as a Patient Services Coordinator to get to have a greater level of interaction with a variety of people and get to make a difference in more people’s lives!
